2. Fill in the form and return it with the non-refundable application fee of $100.00 as a money order or certified cheque payable to Brainchild Education Center.

3. We will review your application and notify you within a week regarding your eligibility for a Brainchild Franchise. If you are eligible, we will make an appointment with you to discuss the potential of the business, setup cost, franchise fee, and franchisee's and franchisor's responsibilities.

4. Complete and sign the OFFER TO FRANCHISE.

5. Sign the STANDARD FRANCHISE AGREEMENT. Half of the Franchise Fee is due upon the signing of the Franchise Agreement. We will then give you a copy of the Brainchild operation handbook and the setup procedure.

6. Prepare for the Grand Opening of your new center. We provide the teaching material and training for how to effectively operate your new center.
